Program Overview

Group HIIT pushes your limits in a motivating team environment. Each 45-minute session blends strength circuits with metabolic conditioning for a complete training stimulus.

Session Format

  • 10 min dynamic warm-up
  • 25 min main circuit (strength + cardio)
  • 10 min cooldown and mobility

Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Maximum 12 participants per session for quality coaching.

Prerequisites

Basic fitness foundation recommended. All exercises are scalable — beginners welcome with coach modifications.
